Senior coaching
Are you a senior social designer or social design studio that would like to coach a starting designer? We are currently building a pool with potential matches for the junior designers in the SEED Programme. As a senior coach you contribute to the development of the social design field by sharing your knowledge and expertise with junior graduates. The Development Track offers junior social designers the opportunity to work on their Personal Development Goals during a 6 month coaching or traineeship programme. We are looking for senior coaches to help out on this journey!
Being a SEED coach entitles you to a reimbursement of €1800 for coaching an independent junior social designer or €2000 if you offer a traineeship in the period May - October ‘23.
Coaching
In the SEED Coaching Development Track you will coach an indepedent socially engaged maker in her/ his professional development. In a monthly session you coach them on their positioning, network and entrepreneurial development.
Traineeship
In the SEED Traineeship Development Track you host a paid traineeship for a social designer at your studio. You stimulate their professional development through participation in your studio’s projects and initiatives. Through these projects the designer grows and refines her/ his own perspective.

Yes, as long as you qualify as a starting social designer (less than 4 years of experience or graduated between 2020-2023. Each Masterclass has a limited amount of seats available, so reserve your spot asap. We organise SEED for this junior target group so please make sure you qualify.

Yes, during the traineeship the junior will work on projects chosen by the studio where you are granted the traineeship. Through the projects you will work on your personal development goals and get coached by the studio.

2023 is our pilot year. We will evaluate at the end of the first programme whether we continue. We sure hope so!

Full attendance is not obligatory but recommended. You can and should reserve your spot for all the Materclasses individually.
